If I could give less than 1/2 a star I would.
Had 'gel' nails done there for 6-8 months until the pain was more than I could deal with. Kept saying to the 'technicians' that they were filing my nails down to the bed and that the heat of the friction was painful. Made no difference.
When I changed to a private manicurist, the 'gel' nails were not pure gel at all but more acrylic and they could not dissolve off in acetone (which REAL gels should). Took me over TWO years to restore the damage done to my nails by these people and have been left with very sensitive damaged nail beds. I did ring and speak to the owner who could not have given a toss about the situation. More or less told me to ping off and quit whinging. I have made sure that I have told MANY MANY people about the nail experience I had.
I have to say though, the other services I had done including lash tints, waxing and facials were really well done. Just stay away from the gel nails.
