I’d like to lodge a formal complaint about the business.
Yesterday I came in for a hair appointment. I showed the trainer & student my inspiration photos.
Both student & trainer agreed that it was possible. My original colour I walked in with was blonde.
When I sat down in the hair dressers chair the student proceeded without even covering me with a cape & had to remind her to put 1 on before she damaged my clothing with bleach. ...read more
Katrinas School of Hair and Beauty was one of the best experiences of my life. I learnt so much from the very professional trainers and my classmates were very encouraging. We had lots of laughs while learning. It was challenging at times and we had to commit to study and attendance. I am so thankful for the opportunities I had and now that I am working in the Beauty industry, I know I was well prepared with the training from Katrinas. They have continued to offer ongoing support too which has been really great to know. All I have to do is phone and they are willing to help. The products they use - Lish, Thalgo, BioPacific & Silk makeup - have been great for my skin too. I am more confident and prepared to face the future in the beauty industry.
