I have many students of all ages, including adults, taking exams through the AMEB (Australian Music Examinations Board). Students can take exams through other exam bodies if preferred.
I provide students structure to get the most out of their lesson time and ensure students understand how to successfully in progress and master techniques for quality practise time, without the need for long practise sessions.

Katrina has been teaching piano to my daughter, Amy, for nearly two years. She is always pleasant to deal with and extremely knowledgeable in her craft. Katrina has been my piano teacher since 2008 and I would recommend her to anyone! I started with Katrina after finishing my grade 4 exam and decided I just wanted to learn for fun. Even though I haven't been able to see myself improve through completing exams, Katrina has always challenged me with songs that I enjoy to learn and interest me and through this I've seen definite improvements in my piano skills over the years. She is very flexible with what you are looking to learn or 'get out' of your lessons, and is willing to put in the extra effort out of hours to make sure you are happy :)
