Previous problem was taken care of - overall, am now happy with the customer service and would be happy to shop from them again

Pretty annoying place to buy from. Had to exchange the sweater because it was too small, so I sent it back to them using a prepaid express post satchel, which I paid around $13 for, with an exchange form completed and enclosed, and patiently waited a bit over two weeks for the exchange to be processed and sent. However, nothing arrived and got no update from them since. I tried calling them too, during business hours, and just went straight to voicemail. I, like most other people who shop online, shop online because it's easier and often quite efficient, but this experience has been totally the opposite of that. Really not worth the effort, and definitely will not be purchasing from their store again.
