My name is Billie Harvey and Kayo Makeup & Hair Design is my labour of love - a mobile makeup artistry & hairstyling business operating across the Northern Rivers area of NSW. Kayo is an elegant and simple Japanese name that means "beautiful generation". As women, we are all unique and stunning, and nothing is more enjoyable to me than working with my clients to help them look and feel the way they've always dreamed for those special times in their lives. Rest assured I will not be turning you into a clone - you will still be "yourself", and that's how it should be. Specialising in bridal and fashion work, I have over seven years' experience working with clients for events ranging from weddings to balls, formals and photo shoot sessions.
