The wife and I are thrilled with the renovation than KBL did on our Kitchen. From start to finish the whole team just did a fantastic job. The installers were awesome, cheerful and genuinely cared about the project. Better still, they went out of their way to source their materials from local Perth suppliers.

KBL renovated my kitchen, bathroom and laundry and the results were outstanding.
The value for money was far better than I expected and the suggestions made by the team to maximise my space were both innovative and practical.
I was visited by 2 other companies before deciding to commit to KBL and both were more expensive and didn't appear to care about the job.

Very soon after KBL commenced renovation work on my kitchen and bathroom in my flat, my neighbour underneath me contacted regarding damage that had been done to his bathroom roof. The damage appeared to be cracks in the plaster and paint, with powdered/chipped plaster littering his bathroom floor. I alerted the construction manager, who I put in touch with my neighbour and resultantly inspected the damage. That was over 24 weeks ago, and the damage has not been repaired. The construction manager I liased with regarding my renovations and the damage to my neighbour's flat had promised that they would repair the damage, but has also via email maintained that he never agreed that their work caused it. Due to this, I can only assume they believe it was a coincidence. Despite there being organised dates to commence repairs to the damage, they have passed with nothing being done. I think you're being kind in saying they are antagonistic and uncooperative!!
My advice to everyone is STAY AWAY!
KBL is a good old fashioned down to earth family business. Nothing was to hard and we changed our minds alot during the process. We are delighted with the finished product it looks better than we could ever have expected. With Garry's 40 years of building expresess and Lesley's interior designing expertese we have our dream kitchen. We will get KBL to do our Bathroom and Laundry next year as knowing how easy the process was for the kitchen we can't wait for a new En-suite and Bathroom. Thank you to everyone at KBL for making our renovation exciting and a brease to complete.
