We just had an appalling experience with this company. First of all we were quoted $321 for a bond clean - up there but okay. When they arrived they called to tell me that it would actually be $590! And that I had to pay straight away as people haven't been paying. This we were unwilling to pay so we requested that they clean what they could and my partner would do the rest (I was at work and our lease due to finish the next day). My partner has just told me he has never experienced someone as rude as the cleaner who was cleaning our apartment. Cleaner was extremely rude, commenting to my partner that our apartment was filthy (it isn't!) and we specifically asked cleaner from the get to to mop the floors as the packers had taken our steam mop. They didn't do this and when my partner asked them to they refused and said nope, we're done! Apparently cleaning the door knobs was far more important than mopping the floor.
