Kearney Shoes

Kearney Shoes is a stalwart shoe shop which has built and maintained a reputation for selling quality shoes across several stores. The Kearney Shoes store which I visited is located in Forest Hill shopping centre. It is a bright, clean and uncrowded shoe shop, and the helpful staff make you feel welcome without being pushy. The range of footwear for sale is quite small but they are mostly elegant, classy and functional shoes and boots, a refreshing change from the acres of plastic towering stilettos available at other shoe shops. The prices are quite high, however there are some sale items which are more affordable. While most of the shoes available appear to be good quality and real leather, I was disappointed with my purchase. I had to return the beautiful (and expensive) ankle boots I bought from Kearney shoes as the bottom part of the heel started peeling away after I had worn the boots for less than 10 days.
