Kedron Car Centre

I went today to buy an MG3 car. No one came to us to even ask if we need any help. All the staff are rude and proudy. No one spoke to us thinking we are very poor. I would have brought the car but after this kind of behaivour I will never visit that dealer in my life and will discourage all my friends to visit. Very poor customer service. Minimal courtsy also not expected. Also never going to buy MG3 as it is a very light car and not reliable. I don't want to give any numbers to these dealer as they don't deserve it. Please don't visit this dealer.

These are the best guys I've ever dealt with! I change my vehicle every 3 years, so over time I've worked with many, many people in the Motor Vehicle Industry; and this is the first time I've felt so comfortable and confident with the service I've received. It's sad but true that even these days people treat females as though they have no idea about cars, but having grown up working on cars and motor bikes I probably know more that most males! I couldn't be happier with the service I've received during the purchase and particularly with the after sales service offered by the great people at Kedron Car Center. We will definitely be referring them to friends and family, and will go to them first when changing vehicle next time. Thanks Everyone!!????

I had the best experience purchasing my new Jeep from Kedron Car Centre!
Chris and the 2 Robs were very helpful and friendly and It was a busy car yard, they had time for everyone and helped answer all my questions.

AVOID these guys like the plague!

Have a look on google reviews - it's obvious they write their own reviews to makeup for all the bad ones they've had.

These guys are super dodgy, they expect you to buy cars from them for merely showing you the car. The salesmen are extremely pushy, the boss is never there when you ask for him and any issues identified in the RACQ report isn't fixed.

I was looking at a car, opened the bonnet and saw an undersized battery on a block of wood. When I queried the salesman about it - he said it's normal and "does the job".

Long story short - avoid, they're a bunch of crooks with pathetic customer service. If their customer service is that bad before you buy the car, imagine their after-sales support!!!!
