Keema Mt Gravatt

I would not recommend this service centre, our dealing with them for 4 months have ranged from our personal car purchased from them, which went smoothly, and work vehicle. The entire process afterwards has been difficult and unprofessional, car broke down shortly after purchase and was at their shop for 3 months, after receiving the vehicle, we found out the air conditioning gas had been drained, it was resolved but the car still failed to start reliably. We were made to feel belittled for having issues and multiple incorrect charges were made to us for that car and work vehicle, personal information and service report were also sent to us. The service reports have been misleading to what has actually eventuated.
Multiple request to rectify a door lock resulted in 3 visits with the work vehicle to result in only a quote provided on the 3rd visit. The entire experience there has difficult and surprising.

Worst service in history. Keema Hyundai is the most incompetent people around. After bringing to their attention my car has Transmission issues, they just said they reset the factory setting but they even didn't touch it at all

After bringing to their attention on previous services about oil leaks they failed to identify or even look at the issue brushing it aside. Now they have the hide to say its my fault that oil is all through the turbo and other parts are heavily damaged. Their service is pathetic. Previously they lost my log books failed to tighten parts into the engine and even left tools in the engine bay. Do not ever go to keema hyundai. Absolutely pathetic

We had a wonderful experience taking our Hyundai i30 into Mt Gravatt Keema from the time we walked in the door, to collecting our car after having an automatic gearbox issue and also a fault in one of the door locks. We found their service to be very prompt, efficient and professional in all regards. I note that there have been several negative reviews, the last one being 3 months ago, but something must have changed since then as we found their service to be faultless and we highly recommend them to anyone.

Keema Mt Gravatt is by far the worst service team I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with.
