Keen To Clean

WARNING! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We booked the "move out" package PLUS the additional wall cleaning AND rubbish removal for our tiny one bedroom, one bathroom unit in Richmond. We arrived to let the cleaner in and upon "assessment" they more than doubled the original quote. It went from being $186 to $387! Our lease was ending in 2 days so we had no choice but to go ahead. We went back the following day to make sure everything was done and to say we were displeased is an understatement... The house smelled of damp mould, from dodgy steam cleaning. The walls were not even touched, there was still pieces of blutak on the walls! The benches and cupboards were dirtier than when we left. The stovetop was still dirty. The bathroom tiles were not cleaned or bleached at all. There was dust and cobwebs, even on the light switches. Shall I go on?! PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME ON THIS COMPANY!!!

We arranged cleaning services and they double booked me twice. Strung me along for 2 weeks and said they were dealing with a more important customer. Never turned up to clean so im not sure about their cleaning staff but customer service are disorganized and this company should be avoided for sure!

I had purchased two living social vouchers which allowed for 2hrs cleaning from Keen to Clean. The operator Terry was very polite and a good cleaner. He did spend full two hours and cleaned my kitchen, bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming over carpets and mop the floors. I was very happy with the service, I have another voucher to go so will be asking for the same operator and will probably go for a fortnight regular cleaning from this company.

I hired them vacate cleaning and they did nothing. Customer service of the operator was so bad that we decided not to say anything. Vacate cleaning was so bad that I had to clean the whole place all over again. Disappointing service and I strongly recommend not to waste your time with company. Also the cleaners were very lazy and did nothing.



Dont pay the money before you check their work. If you waste more of your time make sure that you charge them.

I just wanted to say that I was so impressed with the friendly and expert services that Keen to Clean team offered in my move out clean.



I appreciated that the guys could give me an upfront quote for the additional work that was to be done and they did an incredible job.



I would have no hesitation to use your services again and will be recommending Keen to Clean to my friends in future.



Keep up the good work it was refreshing to have such great service and value for money.
