Had my trousers for cleaning and on pick up she said some stains did not come out. I still had to pay full amount. Cant see the point of bringing my trousers for cleaning ifbits not getting done.
Having worked in the industry previously, i know for a fact that a lot of work is put into cleaning of stains. Sometimes it is impossible to get some stains out, especially if they have been there for a while. Most times, more work is needed on clothes that are soiled, therefore it is not unreasonable to pay full price for cleaning.
I find it quite outrageous that a potential customer arrives *1 minute* after closing and is not only denied service, but done so in a rude manner- the staff member at the counter just shook her head at me as I approached the door, as if to say 'don't even bother'. My next Keira experience was driving for 20 minutes up and down Marshall St, Dapto looking for the dry cleaners as this is where the website says it is, only to find it's not there anymore. Not surprising you can't afford to update your website though, seeing as you obviously don't value paying customers. Won't be bothering to take future business there nor will I be recommending Keira to anyone.
