Every woman and every couple bring with them a very unique pregnancy and birthing experience.

As a Doula (from Greek origin also known as Birth Attendant) I believe in "nurturing the mother" from the beginnings of her pregnancy all the way into motherhood. I am there exclusively for you and provide one on one continuity of care from the moment you chose me for support to the moment you feel settled with your baby.

I support all types of births and work along side other health care proffesionals to ensure the birthing woman and her partner receive all the support they need throughout their pregnancy, birth and early parenting period.

I like to meet at regular intervals and explore any thoughts and feelings you or your partner may have along the way. I create a safe space and opportunity to share and debrief from previous birth experiences (if applicable). I also spend time with you to establish goals and discuss your desired outcomes for your birth.

I am right there for you as you need me on your birthing day. I continue to nurture you post birth as needed or requested or until you feel settled in with your new baby. Your physical and emotional wellbeing is important to me.
