Hi there to all families looking for a caring person to care for there children.

I am a 24 year old professional recently located to Douglas in Townsville. As my partner will be teaching at Kirwan High I require to do some private nanny type work and centre work isnt really what I want to be doing.

I have been in the industry for about 5 years and love working with children and families providing the care they require. I am looking to open up an at home nanny day care service for parents that cant afford part time, fulltime childcare fees in a centre. Feel free to call/email whenever needing a carer. My services will start in September so feel free enquire about more information. I am very flexible with the hours I work however would prefer 7am to 5pm type hours. Working in my own home isnt a problem with me as there is a swim school near by as well as a park and many other fun activities in the area. I love doing home based activities like play dough, painting, drawing, writing as I feel a child isnt having fun unless they are making a mess and doing activities they enjoy.

In regards morning teas, lunch etc, this can be negotiable as I am happy to provide a healthy eating plan for children depending on the agreement between myself and the families. My partner also is pretty going in regards to my decision to work from home, as he is a teacher at Kirwan and loves my passion to work and enjoy what I do.
