I'd leave 0 if I could, please don't go here she will rip you off!
I was quoted $30 for my daughters ears to get pierced and $55 for my full colour hair die, my hair is not long or thick it is just below the shoulders for reference. After it was washed she blow dried and straightened it with out asking me (as it was extra) once done it total to $110 which is way over the quoted price. When I asked Kelly about it the massive price difference instead of professionally handling the situation and apologising she began to yell at me and we got into a heated argument. I was frustrated because instead of apologising for the miscommunication in price she was yelling at me. One of her employees came over and began swearing and yelling. I was in the salon today and had the pleasure of having my hair done by Gazala. She is an amazing stylist and nails it every time. Honestly she is the only reason I keep going back, even though she is constantly being pulled in so many directions she still remains professional, calm and friendly. The owner however needs to go do a business management course!!!! She is rude, rude to her staff, overpriced and has no basic friendly communication skills. But won't hire more hair staff and is getting her nail technicians to finish off blow drys etc, not what I'm paying good money for I would like a hairdresser from start to finish. After being in the salon today for over 4 hours I asked the owner if I could please look at and purchase a piece of body jewellery, I already had the one I wanted picked out. My girlfriend got hair dyed there and she insisted on getting her hair dyed greyish/pastel pink and she left the store with black,purple and pink. Her mum rang up complaining in which the manager gave the phone to her. She asked for little to no bleach and left with her hair fully bleached even though she didn’t ask for it. She left the store crying...

DO NOT GO THERE!!! I got acrylic nails done the lady who did it was so rude and rough the guy who painted my nails did a horrible job I got my nails done on a Thursday and their came of the following Monday not happy !!

I wont be going there ever again. I went to have my hair dyed a slightly different shade of brown then it already was and even showed them pictures of what i wanted just to be sure. They put what felt like cooking oil all over my face and dyed it blue/grey. I told them thats not what i asked for and wasnt happy so she dyed it a second time. After she dyed it and it was still blue i asked why it was blue and her reply, a supposed hairdresser said 'dont worry, it'll wash out'. Im pretty sure lighter colours dont wash out and fade to a darker colour... They then made me pay and when i went back to complain to the manager the next day after having to see my regular hairdresser to fix the problem, the manager yelled at me and refused to give me a refund saying i should have gone back there to have the problem corrected. She also refused to show me the hairdresser's certificate of qualification making me doubt she is actually qualified.
