Very happy with the service received and with the work done. Any time I spoke with the office I found them to be very friendly, which always makes a difference when you are dealing with a company. From the owner to the plumber and to the customer service on the phone I found all to be willing to spend the time to answer my questions, (my many questions), and to get the job done well.
Called Kelmscott Plumbing to check our hot water system as it was leaking. A plumber arrived within the hour and told us the tank had ruptured. He gave us a few options and was very helpful. I called them back around lunchtime and they had the new hot water unit installed by the end of the day. Great, prompt service with a smile. Definitely using them again.
