Absolutely disgusting service and treatment, the receptionists are rude and made it such a hassle. This surgery has absolutely wasted my time you will be better taken care of at another clinic.

I recently attended this surgery and I cannot compliment the whole process enough. The front desk staff were exceptional as was the doctor who gave me quality time and advice. The nurse was so personable.
The premises were immaculate and I give this practice a 10 out of 10. Well done to all at Kelso. What a delight to attend here and meet people who clearly love their jobs.
