My experience was terrible. I brought in a laptop with a problem and paid the $35 for him to find the problem. He contacted me and said he found the problem and I needed a new computer part. His labour and the computer part cost me $220. I happily paid it but when I went home I found the problem still occurred just like before. I took it to him again and he said he will have another look at it but when I received it back the second time the problem still occurred. Then I asked for a refund as I paid overall $255 and the problem was still the same as when I had brought in to him. He refused to give me my money back even when the problem still existed. I am in the process of reporting him and the business to fair trading Australia for unethical practices. Only it is hard as he does not provide receipts and tells you by word of mouth the problems with your devices.
