Great Customer Service. There is always a staff member around for assistance from 8.30 - 5.00 7 days a week. The staff at Kennards Self Storage keep the area clean all the time. You can access your storage unit 24/7 which is great for my online business. I am delighted with the service they offer. Keep up with the excellent customer service.
Hi Jeff, Thank you for the wonderful feedback. Regards, Kennards Self Storage St Marys.
Disgusting. Well here I am again at one am in the morning and Kennards have once again spitefully locked me out of their premises. Merely due to a change in personal details, being mobile phone number. I don't suppose it ever occurred to this company that submitting a notice to one's designated facility number within the complex, suggesting that they contact the staff immediately might have been a good idea,as opposed to completely dis-barring them from the premises altogether? No,that would make far too much sense. Thanks Kennards, you ought to be ashamed of yourselves, being a company of this scope and treating your customers this way.
