I've dealt with many real estate agents over the years, and Ken Wolf Real Estate agent is by far the most unpleasant. I struggle to believe anyone loking for an agent would tolerate his rudeness. Thank goodness I didn't let him manage my portfolio of investment units.
DON"T use this real estate agent. you have been warned!!!
I used him to sell my property and ended up in court fighting against his demands for 2 commissions. He lost in the Supreme Court and had costs award against him and now he says his company has no assets and won't pay . It has cost over $50000 in legal fees. If you don't want this to happen to you dont have anything to do with them!
Don't rent from him either!!! Most unpleasant person I have delt with my whole life. Treats tenants like dirt and tries to make a buck off you in anyway he can.
Possibly the rudest real estate agent I have ever dealt with. Very grumpy. Be warned. Ken wolf - worst in sydney. Poor review!
