Kenny's Trees & Stump Removal

Kenny came to my rescue when a tree was about to fall on my house. He came immediately gave me a quote and his people came the next day, felled two trees and cleaned up in two hours. Kenny came back and removed the stumps a day or two later. Excellent, prompt service, pleasant to deal with and reasonable rates. Highly recommended.

Abysmal customer service. Company provided a free quote for removal of large tree from our property, said they'd do the work on Tuesday 25 September, rang that morning to say that the cherry picker truck had broken down so they'd come on Thursday instead, no sign of them on Thursday, rang repeatedly to try to speak to them but haven't heard from them since and it's been a month so booked a different company to do the work today and rang Kenny's one last time to speak to their answering machine yet again, just to say I was disappointed and that this was a strange way to run a business. they never seem to answer the phone...

I've used Kenny three times for the removal of trees and bushes of all sizes, and the grinding of stumps. He's always been responsive, pleasant, and fast, and we'll happily use Kenny again.

I previously had problems with them - they were slow getting a skip of rubbish removed and took my spade without permission.

Asked for a quote, said they would come to house on Friday, never turned up
