Word of advice - only use this place if absolutely necessary! I had been having issues receiving items in the post. I went in one day on the advice of Auspost just to check if anything was there prior to putting in a 'lost item' form. Thestaff was the rudest most awful sales assistant I had ever met. that staff made me feel as though I was taking up so much of their time. Staff was complaining about having to look through items and kept asking why i was there!! (mind you, this is the place where my items generally turn up for collection!!!?). I walked out feeling as though I was a bad person just for looking for items that should have been received. I never did receive the items by the way. I will never again use this news agency for anything other than to collect my parcels.
BEWARE - YOU WILL NOT GET CUSTOMER SATISFACTION HERE UNLESS YOU ARE BUYING LOTTO TICKETS!! If its such a hassle being affiliated with Auspost - then don't be!!
