I love Keperra Family Practice at Great Western. The front desk staff are always helpful and get me or my kids an appointment on the day if I need it. The doctors are gentle and experienced - I always feel confident I have been looked after very thoroughly. My annual skin check there picked up a skin cancer I was unaware of but could have been a big problem later on. Great place!! Lucky to have it close by. Thanks guys!!!
I have visited this practice several times and am very happy with the service! The receptionists are wonderful and very empathetic- always getting me seen same day!. I have found doing repeat scripts is great- I don't need to return every couple of months for a repeat script.

My family have been attending this practice for over 8 years. My children continue to use this practice as adults, and always comment on the fact they are nicely treated, and feel comfortable to raise any health issues. My husband appreciates a choice of male GP, while I appreciate the access to female GP when I request it. I have been with the practice throughout some serious health issues, and I appreciate the diligence and care they have taken. I have received excellent medical advice. Thanks to Trish and her team for the good job you do.
The poor review below is ridiculous. I'm also a nurse and found the staff adhered to their expected competencies just fine. And as nurses you should also know that the best approach is a holistic one. I've been seeing my GP here for years and happily travel from the southside to visit the practice because you aren't spat out in less than 5 minutes. If you want to treated like a machine fine by me, but this is not the way this centre operations by any means.
