I had John installed two IXL fantastic lights in my bathroom recently. He installed them incorrectly and as a result one of the heat fuses has blown due to him hooking the unit up to the original fan above the shower. I now have to pay to have an IXL technician to reinstall my units even though John says he has installed them correctly which he has not. Clearly he has no idea what he is doing. Thank god my house hasn't burnt down as a result of his poor work. Do not use him.
Called to initially just get a quote.
John was very helpful and informative. I then called back a week or so later and organised for him to visit.
Had a power point changed and he was very quick.
Luckily he came out the same day - Althought I dont think this would normally be the case.
Very clear, very professional and very cost effective.

I called them to complete a simple job of shifting switches across a doorway and they did not do a professional job! They excused their errors by saying that they are cheaper than other electrician's and accused me of "making a fuss" when I complained that they had mistakenly cut a cover for a wire too short and joined it to another making it look ridiculous. We have since also found out that they ALSO cracked a panel behind it in two places! They refused to fix their work and was very careless on the phone.
We were NOT looking for a 'cheap job', but received a terrible job!!! A truly unsatisfying job for someone who claims to have such experience!
