Normal counselling methods can take weeks, months or even years to resolve issues. Through using Kinesiology and Theta healing techniques I can get to the core of the issue quickly, targeting what needs to be precisely realised and released. We start on the negative and end on the positive. This technique is fast and direct and keeps you on track with the issue and stops the story telling and distraction techniques we use to sabotage ourselves. I also use a â??back doorâ?? method, whereby we enter the issue through a metaphor. This means you will feel free-er to talk about that subject and will generally not sabotage the session indirectly.

I provide you with a key to success which will allow you to move forward in positive growth and change. You will find out what your lesson is how you will gain energy, what positive emotions you really want to feel and how to go about it.
Whether the issue is one of physical pain/problem or just emotional, there is a solution.
