Service and quality is exceptional over years.
The bad review in here just gets to show the terrible customers businesses have to deal with.
Not justified and that person who do not mention a name are absolutely out of knowledge and shoul be banned for life.

I went to Kerrimuir meats today even after reading the review below. I am not sure why KT_L's experience was so terrible to be honest, mine was compleyely the opposite. I found the the staff extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. I had a whole lot of questions for them as I am very particular as to where my meat comes from and their answers were extensive and went beyond the questions I asked. I would highly recommend this butcher and do not be afraid to discuss your needs with them, they will be more than happy to help if they can. Will try their meat over the weekend and maybe let you know what it was like. :o)

I don't think it matters how good the quality of the meat is if the service is bad. I will never go back to Kerrimuir meats, the owner and staff were rude, barely (and rudely) answered the questions I had and made me feel really awkward. I should have just walked out like I wanted to and not completed my purchase. It was great with the previous owners but, since it's changed hands, it's gone downhill REALLY quickly. WILL NEVER BE BACK.

This is the BEST butcher I've ever been to - excellent service & delicious meat. I bought a voucher to this butcher in a silent auction at a trivia night a couple of months ago. So I visited this butcher a few weeks later to collect $200 worth of meat. It was busy (always a good sign), but there were plenty of staff working. I noticed that many called the customers by name. My T-bone meat was cut to order, and friendly advice was given on how to cook the boned & butterflied leg of lamb that I bought. The butcher packed my cooler bag for me and insisted on carrying it to the car for me. You don't get that service at the supermarket! But the best was yet to come. The mid-loin chops and T-bone steak were the best I've ever tasted. They were really nice. I bought lean minced beef & lean it was - no fat.
