Was specific with what look I was after and make my hair feel more healthy, achieved both results and was very satisfied with results. Happy to go back there any time!! :)

I bought a Groupon voucher for a half head highlights and cut and was absolutely disgusted with the quality of the service I received.

The cut was much shorter than I asked for (staff chopped off a large chunk, and then asked if it was ok) and was very wonky and the highlights were left in way too long, have bled, and are really stripy.

I then went to another local salon in the afternoon to have the cut corrected and the stylist was appalled at the state my hair had been left in.

I have contacted the salon by email on two occasions and have not had any response from them.
