My worst facial ever... pretty place, but I will never go back. The therapist was running, I felt unwanted, therapist was pushing my eyes so hard, was really painfull. Room was cold...etc..

I received a voucher as a gift and used it towards teeth whitening. The staff were friendly and attentive and the salon itself is beautiful. I was told that the teeth whitening comes with a complimentary buff and polish for my finger and toenails which was a nice surprise. The girl who did the teeth whitening said that my teeth had lightened four shades, however I thought that was a little generous since I can't actually tell the difference! That was the only negative in the whole experience and other than that it was a thoroughly enjoyable morning with very professional and helpful staff.

I got a gift voucher from my best friend for my birthday in Nov 2011. No details of package was on the voucher so I booked in an appointment unsure of what was included.Tried asking when I made the appointment, but staff over the phone couldn't tell me clearly either. Went over a week later and had a good express pedicure and hair wash blow-style. I found out later on that the package was suppose to come with a glass of champagne, which I didnt get. I wrote to them to complain and to suggest they outline the spa packages more clearly. Got a call back from them who agreed with me that the champagne was suppose to be in the package but also giving nonsensical excuses (that the package has been around for a while and the details have changed, irrelevant to me. Excellent service and attention to detail. The facial I had was amazing, relaxing and totally rejuvenating. I would recommend this day spa to all who need a little time out and serious pampering.
