I go there every fortnight for a massage. I had a facial there once and it wasn't the best one but I love their massages! Plus I find the ambience very relaxing. Ladies there are always very attentive and friendly. It is nice to have a lemongrass and ginger tea after as well :)
really disapointing, especially for the price... i recieved a gift voucher for xmas and went for a massage package... they had hardly anyone there- probably because of the enormous price tag. nice decor though!
I agree - disappointing. I went for a facial today which was at best beauty salon standard not day spa standard. Certainly not the over the top price plus "upsell" after you are in the chair. $165.00 facials should NOT include average service and low grade beauty techniques. Scraping exfoliant off with a dry tissue and slapping products on and then wiping them off 20 seconds later is rubbish. Go to the Richardson Hotel Day Spa - they are luxury!
