I found out about Kevin Mckenzie Hair from a friend who just had an amazing hair cut. I went here for the first time last week and it was just as she described it. Not only did I really like my new style, but the staff was really friendly. I'll be coming back here next time for my next hair cut.
I have just moved to the area and had my first appointment at Kevin McKenzie Hair on Saturday. Im currently on a tight budget so I opted for a junior stylist. I just wanted to say how happy I am with the result! I hadnt had a trim in over 5 months so my hair was a bit of a mess. Rebecca made me feel comfortable and was detailed when running through all my options. Thanks Rebecca and I will see you again soon I wont leave it so long between trims next time ;-) Lee S
I finally got the exact blond shade I wanted - looks very natural, without drying the hair. It's been almost a month now and my ends haven't split yet,which has always happened after colouring. I guess the products they use are really good and gentle to the hair. Staff are very friendly and helpful, they always listen and explain so you have a clear idea of what results to expect. The atmosphere is very elegant and it's a pleasant experience coming here for colouring, a cut and a blow-dry.
i called up today to make a booking for a cut and blow dry with a junior stylist only to be told that I cant have an appointment with a junior stylist because I had previously had a haircut with a senior stylist. The reason they tried to quote me for this nonsense didnt even make sense. Given that I would only like a trim this time around I am not willing to pay senior stylist prices. Clearly customers are not valued at all as they are only trying to get as much as they can out of people. So I refused to book in with a senior stylist and they refused to give me an appointment with a junior stylist. Definitely won't be going back here even if I require more than just a trim and a senior stylist.
