Kevin Removals and Storage

We used Kevin Removals twice for our move and both times we were happy with the service. The guys looked after our furniture and did their best to prevent any damage. They were very flexible with anything we asked for. We had two drop off address which was no problems. Overall good service. I would recommend Kevin Removals to other people.

I have used Kevin Removals to move from Pakenham to South Morang, and then from South Morang to Mernda.

Both times the guys who moved us were professional, very caring for our belongings, very quick yet efficient. When we got to our new home, both times the guys were more than happy to take our belongings and boxes to whichever room we requested. The first house was two storeys and this was no issue.

We had no breakages, no damage, they didnt bash our belongings on walls or anything - nothing was dropped. One thing we were really impressed with is the guys were extremely trustworthy - they had senses of humour and made both of our moves fun - with no stress.

The price is fantastic and the timing was great. We felt that we received the best service and it was so much cheaper than anywhere else we called and received quotes for. We highly recommend Kevins Removals - we have even booked them again for our next move.

I shopped around to try and find the best deal for moving my family to our new home and Kevin Removals was one of the few that offered a free home survey. A lot of sites I went to asked some basic questions and average amount of furniture and guestimated a 4-6 tonne truck would suffice, which could mean multiple trips and since we moved approx 40 minutes away I REALLY did not want to end up paying for more than one trip as the costs would QUICKLY stack up. The chap came around and looked at everything we had and said that a 10 tonne truck and two guys would do the trick in around 8 hours.

Had an unpleasant experience with Kevins Removals and Storage. They sent some big blokes but had no idea how to arrange the removal of my furniture. Fong who is the manager was rude when I called and explained that 2 pieces of my custom made furniture which was expensive had been damaged and I want it repaired. He said that it is not possible because his people are professional. Roman who is the customer service on the line is also not helpful.

My move was such a good experience with these guys, my 3 bedroom home was moved in a 10 tonne truck almost a week ago, at first i was not sure what size we needed but Kevin removals done a home survey for me free of charge and gave me the best accurate quote for my move, i was very happy with the level of customer service, the guys that worked the job ( Adrian & kieran ) were extremely friendly and helpful! Very cost efficient and quote that was given met quality standards.

5 stars boys!!! I will for sure recommend your company to anyone who asks!
