I have been going to Kew Design for 12 months now and am extremely happy with the service provided by Amy and her team. I have just had the Goldwell Keri-Silk treatment done on my hair and it produced amazing results. My hair is in much better condition and i can't wait for the next treatment.
I was a huge fan of this salon but unfortunately had to find a new salon due to lack of staff communication. On more than one occasion, I have rang & booked in with a particular stylist, only to turn up & find I have been placed with another. On my final appointment, I had also been charged full price for a blow dry that was passed in to an apprentice. I left with no product used & a nice fluffy hairstyle... As I took my mother with me for her regular cut & colour & occasionally my sister, they have unfortunately lost 3 clients.

Not sure if this was based on a recent visit, as we have only taken over the salon from the previous owner since August last year.
We strive to give great customer service, and after this review extra attention will be focused on this area to make sure the same mistakes are not repeated in the future.
