I took my wife to Kew Junction Medical Clinic last week , the clinic is very clean and nice but the receptionist whose name Sophie is very rude. We do not want to come here again.

We are happy you like our clinic, but disappointed to hear you thought the receptionist was rude. If you could call the Practice Manager on 9852 7666 at your earliest convenience, I would like to rectify the situation.
AVOID THIS CLINIC! The receptionist is RUDE, CONDESCENDING, and AGGRESSIVE! The receptionist has forced me to switch GPs. I had been going there for a couple years now, I have witnessed the receptionist treating other patients in the same manner, but kept going there because I liked my GP. But after the phone call I just had, you could not pay me to step foot in that place ever again. I had some simple questions about paperwork, and the receptionist literally had me in tears of frustration by the end of the call. I don't understand how someone in the health field could be so horrible at dealing with people.
