Rude and unhelpful. This Australia Post licensed news agency gives Australia Post a bad name. The owner has clearly had enough of his business, so much so that he appears quite comfortable in treating his customers with contempt. And his daughter seems to be modelling his sales 'charm' - encountered on previous occasions. Some advice to the owner - have a long holiday and enjoy it so much that you sell your little shop to someone that cares about customer service and can contribute positively to the Willsmere Rd shopping strip. And some advice to the daughter: go and work for someone else - a decent business owner, and model your behaviors on theirs. And some advice to would-be customers: the post office in East Kew - up the top of High Street is oh so much better! btw - the reviews on Google back up my experience - I am not alone, and will post there as well. Willsmere Rd post office = Rude and obnoxious.
