What a shame! A nice looking business that has near zero customer service (no non corporate customers anyway). Two simple items left to be engraved with a 'don't worry you don't have to pick anything, we'll select something suitable'. What a shame, the hip flask was ruined with an old style almost gothic style (for a 25 y.o.) that was also well off centre. The expensive pen faired a little better, not the place I wanted the engraving or the style but thankfully still able to be a gift. Not impressed and a very poor customer service experience as well. I will not be returning and would advise no one else to either.
