Keynote Picture Framing Studio

Brilliant business. Best framing I have ever had done. The owner certainly knows his stuff. He framed some difficult vintage items I had and they look amazing. His prices are extremely good also.
Returned with photos to frame and again brilliant job. I will never use another framer.
Not only is the framing immaculate I also appreciate the attention to the small details ie felt stoppers on the back so they sit well on the wall and evenness of the hanging line when framing multiple items.

I have never posted an online review before, but my encounter with this company was so negative that I feel that I have to. I admit that I was slow to choose a frame for my picture, but I was shocked to be told that I was "wasting time", "making my own life hard" and that I should get my get my husband to come in and do it. The rude comments went on and on. I was a bit spooked and left with my unframed picture.

I would not recommend using keynote framing. Our story is that a friend purchased a voucher from Keynote for $300 as a wedding gift. The voucher was valid for 6mths and we had some delays with the wedding photos. We asked for an extension from Keynote Framing which was granted. We returned to the shop 1mth after the expiry date and to check that everything was still ok (and it was). 2mths after expiry date we returned with the photo and were told that we were too late. It was not like we had not communicated that we would be late. We could have gotten another photo framed for our money but we wanted our wedding photo framed.

My experience with them was horrible. There are plenty of other framers in Brisbane.
