Having hoped that a revamp and even more hopeful a change of management would improve this place, sadly nothing has changed at this KFC and it is still terrible (re-reviewing on this basis). A line of customers waiting and they have one staff member serving at the counter who really did not seem like they knew what they were doing. After hearing a lady start screaming at them that she had been waiting 30 mins for her order, that was enough for me to walk out. Seriously KFC you need to step in and do something about this franchise.
Absolutely terrible! Customer service was almost non-existent and when we were finally served he had no idea what he was doing. Ordered a Variety Meal and advised that they had no crispy strips left (quite pitiful considering a third of their menu contains crispy strips), asked if we could replace it the strips with Wicked Wings or Popcorn Chicken and teh Supervisor rudely said "you can't have both, one or the other" - Hmmm, nice attitude considering I suggested one or the other. The Eftpos machine was down and the supervisor was rude about that and then the order was messed up just to top it off and when queried about missing pieces the manager was rude. Awful service, the manager has no idea about customer service and teh food average.
