KFC

Was at your KFC 24/10/17 time 1600hrs waited front counter 5 min as staff members walked around and talked. 3 staff looked my way, but not one of you acknowledged that I was there. Only after another customer walked in did anyone come forward to the counter. Waited for her to be served,before girl asked for "next"!
When asked to see manager the girl went out back returned, uttered something inaudible. She asked what it was about as apparently they could not work out who was the manager on! Explained & suggested the customer service needs mayor overhaul. We will not recommend this store to anyone, very poor service.
Whilst waiting we also noted only 2 tables were occupied, but all the other tables were dirty.
