I have been buying food at KCF for a long-time now, and for the past couple of months the standard of food served has deteriorated, in that for eg, I bought a 2-piece feed yesterday (5/6/08) and the 1-piece chicken was what it looked like been sitting in the shop for hours & the other one looked fresher, the bun all shrivelled up, the potato & gravy all dried up & chips cold. I did not relalise this until I got home & I could not be bothered to bring the food down to the shop, as it was too cold and a miserable night (10.30pm). This is not the first time this has happened (I would have experienced this for at least
4 times now with dollars amounting to over a $100.00).
Feel sad hearing stuff like this. I work for KFC in New Zealand. and our KFC has very minimal complaints. we are known in our town for our extremely fast service (92% of our orders are served in 60secs or less). Dont be put off this store or KFC in particular as the team will eventually turnover and leave this store with a great team. Try them in say a year or so and see how much better they are. I know our store was originally the 2nd to last ranked store in the country however in the last three years we have pulled it to the 16th best! .... KFC aims for HOT FRESH food consistently and I knnow that not every store is the same as this one.
