I have eaten here regularly over the last 10+ yrs. It was a favourite eating place on a Sunday lunch with friends. I have never had any issues or problems with the food or staff. Even better is that when they are due to close they often sell off their remaining food at cheap prices. They are often busy as they are in the middle of the shopping centre but they are reasonably efficient at getting their customers served.
A while ago, my sister-in-law ordered a small plain gravy to go with the chips in her meal.
After having finished the majority of the gravy, she found a dead cockroach at the bottom. When she went to complain, the staff at the counter merely said, "Oh, yeah. We have a cockroach problem at the moment. We're getting it fixed later this week," as if it was a good enough explanation, or that it would help my sister-in-law un-eat the infested gravy.
Neither her, or I, have returned.
