Always check your order before you leave, always check your chips are hot, and never go really late at night... lots of youths seem to hang around talking to the staff on shift, and occassionly I have seen the police there late at night.Oh, and don't expect the food prep areas to be clean...some nights there are chips from one end of the food service counter to the other and on the floor from the front counter back...doesn't take a lot of time to whisk a broom around on the floor. I must admit though, the times I have had to speak to managers about order problems they have always been quick to rectify the problem.

KFC Cranbrook has to be the worst run take away and drive through that we have in Townsville, they have in the last two drive through orders of mine left out half the order. After ringing to compalin they explained that the packers do this regularly, if so then fix it.
