I can't begin to tell you how disappointed my wife and are with KFC in general lately.
We go out of our way to use the Albany Creek store as it used to be just OK. No more KFC for us and anyone else who wants to know how bad it has become. Just disgraceful!
The chicken is either ridiculously salty of so dry and tasteless you can't eat it as was our order this evening.
We collected at 5.50pm so you would think the chicken pieces etc would be hot and fresh, not so.

Another kids birthday request so off to KFC we go! Don't know if we just struck it lucky, but the super variety bucket that we ordered this time was actually quite good. Chips definitely had more salt, didn't need to add any ourselves. Service is still lack lustre, but I've come to expect that now from this store.
I always order a Twister from here, and I really like having it toasted. Somehow, though, I have NOT ONCE received a toasted twister even though I always ask for one. The Twister quality itself is way below average and usually looks like something that was thrown together in a special ed class. It's really hard to mess up a twister, though, so it tastes fine. I also ordered some chips once. They were soggy, and I just binned them. The chicken pieces are mostly greasy and yuck, so I never get them. I don't know why I even keep getting KFC.
One of the kids requested KFC for their birthday dinner. So off we went and ordered a deal where we received a bucket full of different things, chips and a drink. Store appearance was good. Everything appeared clean and tidy.
Service was a bit lack lustre. How hard is it to just smile and say "Hi, how may I help you".
Chicken pieces were very, very, greasy. Nuggets were great - Yumm! Chips tasted bland which was disappointing- I remember KFC as having awesome chips.
There always seems to be people at this store when I pass by, so they must be doing something right.
But on my experience I am rating 2 stars - 1 for store appearance and 1 for the nuggets.
