Did not get what I ordered the 1st time the chicken was
stone cold. I asked for breast plus drumstick but got completely something else? Went back to confront her only to get rude comments and excuses and even after she corrected my order it was 2 breast pieces short. This is by far the worse KFC in Melbourne.. Cold chicken, rude service, bad management. Please Colonel Sanders sort this place out.
BTW : Hod rods did use to come with ranch sauce so you're the one that needs to do your homework before dismissing people.

Agreed with the last reveiwer, this restaurant does tend to muck up orders especially if you go in drive thru so I have started to simply bite the bullet and go in when I have to visit this particular restaurant.
Even going inside, service is pretty slow and staff seem like they are just interested in serving their own customers/ making their own orders and not helping each other out or working effectively as a team. Being someone who used to work in a local KFC restaurant I know what working as a team entails and trust me, standing to wait for your chips while the other staff running drive thru on their own struggles is not effective team playing and I've had to bite my tongue a few times to not tell them how to do their job!
That said, I have never had a problem with the food here so it tells me that they are at least following all hygeine procedures.
Writing this review means admitting I had KFC for lunch on a Monday. But after a big weekend, it was exactly what I wanted. This KFC has recently had some work updating the outside.
