Who doesn't love KFC? This is personally one of my least favourite franchises as they are so slow. It always seems as though they don't have enough staff on. The store is clean although the toilets aren't which isn't all their fault but maybe they need their cleaner in more often.
i was here last night and ordered a 12 piece feed. not only did they forget the coleslaw and drink, the chicken was dry and definitely not fresh! mostly, it was the "couldn't care less" attitudes of staff that annoyed me! as a company run store the standard should be so much higher! tried calling and the phone was mysteriously disconnected. really disappointed!
I ordered the big bucket meal tonight to get home and found I was missing my 6 hot and spicy chicken chicken was cold was like a box of grease this is not the 1st time this has happened I am very disappointed I had tried multiple times to contact aspley KFC to discuss the matter with the management and couldn't get through as they were not answering my calls.
Something needs to happen about this it is very poor customer service
I joined this site just to review KFC Aspley. For an order of $50 for myself, husband, parents and my kids, it was appalling. They left out our large coleslaw and dipping sauce, the chicken was cold and hard and quite spicy (?) the nuggets and chips looked and tasted barely cooked, and it took them 20 mins to fill the order?! My kids took 2 bites of the nuggets and wouldn't eat any more. The chicken looked like it had been sitting I the heater for a very long time. So we all ended up eating homemade pasta! Wish I had read these reviews before going there, give this place a miss.
