KFC

This store is so unprofessional, the staff looked and sounded like zombies, rude manager named Sam. Went through the drivethru The place is empty and was told to park in the car park waiting bay. They had no chicken paddys, so they put 2 gross tenders on there that tasted like 100% flour and didn't even tell me they ran out they were hoping I wouldn't care, the bacon was raw pink, the whole burger was cold. Went to return the burger and there was no staff to service in the store, customers waiting to order, and after I got a refund told me rudely to put the burger in the bin. I would give this place zero stars and no apologies

Very dirty store. Toilets were terrible. No toilet rolls and sink full of dirty water. Seating was so dirty I didn't want to sit down. Tables and floors were also filthy. Staff were pleasant but ended up with wrong order. Not a pleasant dining experience

Normally i find kfc very greasy but i found the ballina one not only great nice food the staff and management were also friendly which inspires you to return, I was lucky enough the manager who out of the blue gave my daughter a free desert you dont see that sort of customer service very often
