Went to get get dinner on a Tuesday night as usual on Tuesdays tonight, 9 or ten pieces of chicken, large chips, large coleslaw and large potatoe and gravy. Got home dished out the dinner and all was good except the potatoe and gravy was about a half of teaspoon of potatoe and the rest gravy. just looked like a mixuture of soup and vomit. So i rang Clair i think the manager was , to explain there was bo potatoe in it and was basically was told i was a liar and if i want another drive back and get one . No sorry or anything like that, so i said i will put in a complaint about the service. Was then told wirh a horrible attitude WELL if your going to complain i wont be giving you back another potatoe and gravy replacement . I think you should go back to learning how to treat customers I aint a dog so don't talk to me as one. No stars! Absolute nightmare of a store! I just spent 45 minutes in the drive through and no one inside seems to be in any particular rush with anything. Why is the manager nowhere to be seen? Off sitting in the air conditioning I guess.. I will never go back to this store 0/10
Just had lunch there it took them 15 min for my order for to burger meals . Staff very slow it's like they are in La la land , I had no salt on our chips I ask for them put salt on them they through the chip back in the the chip they had cooked then salted them then put back in our chip box. I use my finger so it would have touch the chip left in box now there mixed with fresh chip. The place is very dirty table need be cleaned, bins very full not in any hurry come back
