This would be by for one of the worst KFC stores I have ever been to. The order was incorrect, Only half the chips were there, the chicken appeared raw. And oil dripping through the bottom of the box, and not to mention the the pieces looked like they came from the smallest chook they could find! Lucky I cant upload a picture! Could not eat! Yeah, as I think about it, it is the worst KFC store I've been to. You need to replace your management team. Years ago this KFC store had the best reputation. And I agree. No more. Lift your game Benalla KFC. And this site wants me to choose a rating. I wanted to give them no rating. But forced to give at least a half!
I will never return to this store again..went for Dinner on the 24/04/2012 at 7pm, and the store had run out of Chicken..it was a 20 minute wait on the chicken, but with this also there was no potato and Gravy to go with our big meal...The chips were under cooked..and the chicken was over cooked when they brought it out to my car...i have already complained to KFC head office regarding this store...More money wasted going to this store.
