Ordered my sons meal and looked for a place to sit the tables and bench along the window side were absolutely dirty! Considering it was not busy, asked for a napkin to wipe the table, the male staff came and wiped it, which was great. Received our food, opened the box to find that we didnt want potato & gravy but coleslaw, took it to the counter unopened, and asked politely for coleslaw only to have the female indian staff member say, "since you open the box you cant exchange and you should be grateful!!! While talking indian about my request to other staff members, Are you kidding me! Well in the end being a paying customer i demand they should of got my order right and i received my coleslaw. I will never go back i would perfer to drive to canterbury rd or liverpool rd which is a little distance away but the customer and cleanness is of a high stand. Will never ever return have warned family and friends!! 11am 30/09/16
