WOW!!! Went to have a special holiday treat of KFC & when we arrived at 6pm the shop was in total darkness - we were not the only ones in the car park wondering what was happening - no sign up in drive through to explain the shops closure- tried to ring today at 11.30am & there was no answer to my call or even a recorded message to explain the closure or when they will reopen - this is no way to run a business - McDonald's on the other hand were only too happy to take our payment.
OMG, I did the same thing! I drove in and thought, "WOW, it's almost as if the dark store, lack of staff, lack of seating outside, no chicken smell, and general renovation appearance of the store isn't a blatantly obvious indication that this store is closed for renovation. I wish they had a sign to indicate the obvious so that my simple mind doesn't implode." Can you believe this world! It's as if the obvious just isn't enough anymore. What is the world coming too?
