A company of incompetent management who employ the worst customer service satisfaction staff in my recent experience. The bottom line and profitability of KFC is clearly based upon the amount of product they don't put in a customers bag, and let's face It, you Shouldnt have to be going back to a store when you get home to get a $4 gravy or any missing item. This has happened to me at this particular KFC venue on more than 6 out of 10 occasions. An absolute joke and the fact it happens so often must deem the current systems and processes employed by this company as impractical, yet incredibly profit driving. Bottom line! stop there efficient drive through process in its tracks everybody and although you may annoy some people behind you, your wait at the window while you reconcile your bags contents with what you actually order will save you being short of some meal items when you get home, and you never know, maybe people will simply boycott the drive ...read more
